Owe Gustafson (b. 1940) is best known for his animated segments in the show Fem myror är fler än fyra elefanter (1973), a Swedish preschool series that was inspired by Sesame Street. He also created the animated segments used on Swedish Sesam, mainly for the characters Hansson and Fia Jansson. Some of the sections he created were also shown on Sesame Street.
Exhibitions of Owe´s work have been held in New York, Paris and Tokyo. His last exhibition was in Laholm (2013). Furthermore he has written a number of books over the years, last one is titled “Återkomsten”.
